Refund policy

At Minukki, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we currently do not offer a return or exchange policy, we ensure refunds or replacements in specific cases as outlined below:
1. Non-Delivery of Order
- If your order has not been delivered by our shipping partner, you can raise a complaint.
- Please contact us at contact@minukki.com with your order details.
- After verification, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges, directly to your account.
2. Product Unavailability
- In rare cases where a product you ordered is unavailable or out of stock, we will process a full refund including shipping charges to your original payment method.
3. Damaged Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has missing parts, please email us at contact@minukki.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- To claim a refund or replacement, you must provide:
- An uncut, 360-degree unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the sealed parcel.
- The video must clearly show the outer package, original labels, intact tags, and full box contents.
- Clear photo proof of the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewelry.
- Ensure the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewelry is highlighted in zoom during the video.
- If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details, or if evidence is insufficient/packet shows tampering, we will not be able to process the request. The brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
4. Timeline for Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
