At Minukki, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely.


1. Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within
    2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Partner

  • We work with the best available shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • While the delivery timeline will depend on the delivery address of the customer, a good range to keep in mind would be 10–12 working days.
  • For Metros & Tier 1 cities, delivery may take 4–7 working days.
  • For Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities & Rural areas, delivery may take 10–12 working days.
  • Delivery may be delayed by 2–3 additional days depending on location and courier availability.
  • Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order is shipped.


4. Shipping Fee within India

  • Free Shipping:
    • On cart value of ₹499 or above within Tamil Nadu.
    • On cart value of ₹699 or above for rest of India.
  • Flat Shipping Fee:
    • ₹49 if cart value is less than ₹499 (within Tamil Nadu).
    • ₹69 if cart value is less than ₹699 (rest of India).
  • Please note: Shipping fee is non-refundable.


5. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays may affect delivery schedules.
  • In such cases, we will keep you informed through email/SMS updates.
